PrimeAlgo Technologies is a holding company that designs, builds, and operates financial technology platforms, including Algomere, a fully automated multi-asset trading software system. This Site is provided for informational and corporate-disclosure purposes.
PrimeAlgo Technologies is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, or custodian, and nothing on this Site should be construed as an offer to buy or sell any security, commodity, or financial instrument. Portfolio companies operating under PrimeAlgo Technologies, including Algomere, function solely as software providers. Client capital always remains in the client's own account at a third-party, regulated brokerage of the client's choosing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimeAlgo Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third party's rights. We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
You may stop using the Site at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrimeAlgo Technologies regarding the Site.
